After a fire, a flood or a break-in, some home and renters policies, common in the United States, don't pay the full value of your things at once. They pay part now and hold the rest back until you replace each thing and send the receipt, sometimes by a deadline. If you never ask, that money stays with the insurer. I wanted that claim kept next to the inventory it comes from, so the AllKeep web app now does it.
A claim, thing by thing
Start a claim from Home. Add the things from your inventory or type them in. When the insurer's letter comes, write what it paid and held back for each. Mark what you replace and attach the receipt. The card shows what is still owed and how many days are left.

The message to the adjuster
"Ask for the held-back money" writes the request for the things you have replaced and not yet been paid for. Copy it or open it in your e-mail; the app sends nothing itself. You can add the deadline to your calendar, with reminders 30 and 7 days before.

Donations, for tax time
The second record is for what you give away. Pick the things from your inventory or type them in, with the charity, the day, the condition and the value. At tax time the year's total and a CSV are ready, with notes from IRS Publication 526 for a US federal return.

Both are free and use no AI credits. The Android app doesn't have them yet. Open them in the web app.
