By accessing or using AllKeep services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

AllKeep provides the following products and services:

Web application providing cost calculators, tax simulators, and tools for people moving to or living in Japan.
Freelance Rate Calculator
Chrome extension for comparing freelance rates across different tech stacks and countries.

When you create an account with us, you agree to the following:

- 4You are responsible for all activities under your account
- 5One person or entity per account — no shared accounts
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Some of our Services offer premium features through paid subscriptions.
Billing
- •Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- •Prices are displayed in your local currency where available
- •Payment is processed securely through our payment provider
- •You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
Cancellation
- •You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- •You retain access to premium features until the period ends
- •We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months
Refunds
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsatisfied with our service, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll work with you to find a solution. Technical issues that prevent you from using the service are always eligible for a refund.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by AllKeep and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent. You retain ownership of any data you input into our calculators — we do not claim any rights to your personal information.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Important: Our calculators and tools provide estimates based on publicly available data. Results are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for important financial decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllKeep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you can do so from your account settings or by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
