A move-in record your landlord confirms: rooms, photos, sealed on the day

AllKeep Inventory can now record each room of a rented home with photos, seal the record with the time, and send it to the landlord, who confirms it with their name. At move-out, each thing shows next to how it was.

When you move out of a rented home, the deposit argument is about one question: was that scratch already there? Everyone tells you to take photos on the first day. But photos on your phone show your word against the landlord's, and a paper checklist can get lost. Now AllKeep Inventory can make a record that both of you see.

Room by room, on the first day

Open Home › Condition records › New record. Tap the rooms, and their things come in marked Good with the photos they already have. Change what isn't good in one tap: normal wear, scratches or stains, damaged, doesn't work, missing. Write what you see and add a photo taken right there. You can add walls, floors and windows as lines of their own.

Sealed, then sent

Seal stamps the time, and after that nothing in the record can change. The page shows a fingerprint, a code made from the text and every photo. Send the link to your landlord the same day. It opens without an account and shows when it was first opened. Your landlord can confirm it with their name and a note.

At move-out

Make a move-out record and it is compared with the move-in. Each thing shows next to how it was, and the page marks what got worse. Things that are gone get a list of their own.
