Some things at home need the same care again and again. The water filter jug needs a new cartridge, the kettle needs descaling, and the smoke alarm should be tested. Usually this lives in someone's head or on a note by the boiler, and in a shared home nobody knows whether the other person has already done it. Now each thing in AllKeep Inventory can hold its own care, in the web app, in six languages.
Say what and how often
Open a thing and the new Care card asks what needs doing and how often, in weeks or months. Six ideas fill in the usual ones. Tick "I did it today" and the clock starts now; otherwise it is due today.

Tap Done, and everyone sees it
Done logs the day under your name. "Another day" takes an earlier day and a note, such as the filter model or what the repair cost. The next time is counted from the day it was last done, so a late filter change moves the schedule with it. A tap by mistake can be taken back.

On Home, with Done on the row
Coming up now lists care that is late or due within a week, next to the expiry dates. Done works right on the row. "Add to calendar" puts each task in the same calendar file as a repeating event, with a reminder that morning. I checked the file, not how each calendar app shows it.

A record to show
A warranty or a landlord may ask for maintenance records. The report now prints a care log after the receipts: each task, how often, and every time it was done, by whom, with the note.

The Android app doesn't show care yet. Try it in the web app.
