Why I Built This
Moving to Japan was one of the best decisions I've made. But the financial planning? That was a nightmare.
When I was preparing for my move, I spent countless hours trying to figure out basic things:

- What are all these hidden fees everyone mentions?
The information was scattered across dozens of blog posts, Reddit threads, and outdated guides. Numbers varied wildly. Some were from 2018. Some were clearly wrong.
